Refund Policy

Overview

Academoo ("Academoo", "we", "us", or "our") wants you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund as described below.

Payments for Academoo are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle.com Market Limited, who also handles billing inquiries.

Refund Window

  • You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or renewal
  • Refund requests after the 14-day window are handled on a case-by-case basis
  • Partial refunds are not provided outside the refund window

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you can:

  • Email us at support@academoo.com
  • Contact Paddle's customer support directly through your purchase receipt

Processing

  • Refunds are processed back to the original payment method
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed

Cancellations

Membership passes (3-month, 1-year) are one-time purchases and do not auto-renew. There is nothing to cancel — you will never be charged again unless you choose to purchase another pass.

Your access continues until the end of your pass period, at which point it expires automatically. Outside the 14-day refund window, partial refunds for unused time on a pass are not provided.
