Can I download a quote?

For 2–49 teachers, choose your teacher count, select Download a quote, and enter your school and contact details. Your PDF includes your group rate in USD and is valid for 30 days. For 50 or more teachers, contact us for a custom quote. Applicable taxes and purchasing arrangements are confirmed before payment.

Do students need paid accounts?

No. Pro access is for teachers. Students can play the activities their teachers share with them, so you only need to count teachers in your estimate.

How do we manage our teachers?

After payment is verified, your nominated coordinator gets an email to set up their My School dashboard. From there, they can invite teachers, resend or cancel invitations, remove teachers who leave, and see how many places are available. Removing a teacher frees their place for someone else.

Can our finance team arrange the purchase?

Yes. Share this page with your school administrator or finance team, or include their purchasing requirements in your enquiry. We will confirm the available options with you before payment.

What if our teachers already use Academoo?

Tell us in your enquiry, especially if some teachers already have Pro. They can keep their existing accounts and saved work; we will help you work out the next steps before you buy.
