Payments & Subscriptions
Payments for Academoo subscriptions are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle.com Market Limited, who also handles subscription-related inquiries.
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly)
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with Academoo. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or renewal. To request a refund, contact us at support@academoo.com or through Paddle's customer support.
- Refunds are processed back to the original payment method
- Refund requests after the 14-day window are handled on a case-by-case basis
- Partial-month or partial-year refunds are not provided for cancellations outside the refund window
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of Academoo after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
