These terms govern your use of Academoo ("Academoo", "we", "us", or "our"), an educational gaming platform operated by Academoo. By using Academoo, you agree to these terms. If you're a parent or guardian, you agree to these terms on behalf of your child.

Using Academoo

• Academoo is designed for educational purposes
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• Children under 13 should have parent/guardian supervision
• You are responsible for keeping your account secure

Acceptable Use

When using Academoo, you agree not to:

• Share your account with others
• Attempt to disrupt or hack our services
• Use our platform for any illegal purposes
• Copy or redistribute our games or content

School Use And Student Data

A school or teacher using Academoo for classroom instruction controls the student records it provides. Academoo processes those records only to provide, maintain, support, secure, diagnose, and improve the school-authorized educational service, not for unrelated commercial purposes, advertising profiles, or marketing to students.

Schools and teachers are responsible for having authority to provide student records, giving required notices, obtaining applicable permissions, keeping their accounts secure, and sharing assignment and parent report links only with intended recipients. We will support verified access, correction, export, return, and deletion requests.

If Academoo and a school sign a student data privacy agreement, that agreement controls where it provides stronger or more specific protections. See our Student Privacy overview, Privacy Policy, and Security and Incident Response overview.

Our Content

All games, graphics, sounds, and content on Academoo are owned by us or our licensors. You may use them only as part of the normal use of our platform.

Account Termination

You can delete your account at any time through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Service Availability

We strive to keep Academoo available at all times, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

Disclaimer

Academoo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we work hard to create quality educational content, we make no guarantees about learning outcomes.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Academoo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform.

Payments & Membership

Payments for Academoo are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle.com Market Limited, who also handles billing inquiries.

• Monthly Pro costs $4.99 per month and renews automatically until cancelled
• You can cancel Monthly from Account; no further charge is made and access continues through the paid period
• The Yearly pass is a one-time purchase paid up front and does not renew automatically
• Your pass provides access until the end of the purchased period, after which it simply expires
• To continue after a pass expires, you can purchase a new pass at any time

Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Academoo. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 14 days of a pass purchase or your first Monthly payment. Later Monthly renewals are not normally refunded except where required by law. To request a refund, contact us at support@academoo.com or through Paddle's customer support.

• Refunds are processed back to the original payment method
• Refund requests after the 14-day window are handled on a case-by-case basis
• Partial-month or partial-year refunds are not provided for cancellations outside the refund window

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of Academoo after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
